File a Claim

For our personal lines customers, we have found that the most effective method of reporting your claim is to contact the insurance company via the telephone. A claims representative will obtain the pertinent information from you and assign the claim to an adjustor immediately.

If you (personal or business customers) choose to report the claim on line, a claims representative will contact you directly and discuss (on a recorded line) the circumstances of the claim.
